Booking & Scheduling

  • We recommend booking recurring cleans 3-5 days in advance
  • Deep cleans and move-outs need 1-2 weeks notice
  • Same-week appointments may be available — just ask
  • We'll confirm your arrival window 24 hours before your clean
  • If we're running late, we'll text you with an updated ETA

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You can cancel or reschedule anytime with 48 hours notice at no charge
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a $50 fee
  • We understand emergencies happen — reach out and we'll work with you
  • For recurring cleans, you can pause or adjust frequency anytime
  • No contracts or commitments — you're in control

Payment

  • Payment is due after the clean is complete
  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle
  • You'll receive an invoice via text or email
  • First-time clients may be asked to provide a card on file
  • Recurring clients are charged automatically after each visit

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If something doesn't meet our standard, let us know within 24 hours
  • We'll send someone back to fix it at no charge
  • Our goal is a checklist-driven clean every time
  • If we can't make it right, we'll refund that portion of the service
  • Your feedback helps us improve — we take it seriously

Access & Security

  • You can be home or away during the clean — your choice
  • We're happy to use your key, lockbox code, or building access
  • All team members are background-checked and insured
  • We'll text you when we arrive and when we finish
  • We treat your home with the same care we'd give our own

Insurance & Legal

Amiga Clean is fully insured and bonded. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance to protect your home and belongings.

All team members are classified as W-2 employees (not independent contractors) in compliance with California AB5 labor laws. This means they receive benefits, training, and oversight — and you get consistent, accountable service.

We respect your privacy. Any information you provide (contact details, home access codes, cleaning preferences) is stored securely and never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
