We're honest about what cleaning can and can't do:
Watermarks and rings cannot be removed from countertops. Burnt-on grease on the stove or oven may require multiple sessions to reduce significantly. Mineral buildup on faucets is flagged before proceeding.
Hard water marks, calcium buildup, and mineral deposits on fixtures, shower glass, tubs, and shower walls may require multiple cleaning attempts. Stained grout and deteriorated caulk are visible after cleaning — replacing caulk or grout is a contractor task, not a cleaning one. We will flag these.

A deep clean includes everything in a recurring clean PLUS baseboards, window sills, light fixtures, cabinet fronts, inside microwave, and extra attention to buildup throughout the home. Heavy detail work like blinds, ceiling fans, fridge/freezer interiors, pet hair, and similar labor can be added explicitly in the quote flow when your home needs it.
We recommend it, unless your home has been professionally cleaned recently. A deep clean gets your home to our standard, so recurring visits can maintain that level. Think of it as the reset button.
It depends on your home size and condition. A 2-bed/2-bath typically takes 3-4 hours. Larger homes or heavier buildup takes longer. We'll give you an estimated time window when you book.
Yes. Tell us your priorities: "extra attention to bathrooms," "focus on kitchen grease buildup," etc. We follow the full checklist but can spend extra time where it matters most to you.
Not by default anymore. Deep-clean pricing now starts from the core reset scope, and detail items like blinds, ceiling fans, mirrors, and fridge/freezer interiors can be selected as add-ons when needed.
Inside oven, fridge/freezer interiors, blinds, ceiling fans, mirrors, pet-hair treatment, and similar heavy-detail items are optional add-ons. We do not clean inside cabinets/drawers in occupied homes, and we don't offer exterior window washing or carpet deep cleaning.
We handle it. If the condition is significantly heavier than quoted (hoarding tendencies, months of neglect), we'll stop and re-quote before proceeding. We want to set fair expectations and deliver on our promise.
