1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a cleaning service with Amiga Clean, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
2. Services Provided
Amiga Clean provides residential cleaning services including recurring maintenance cleans, deep cleans, and move-out cleans.
All services follow a standard checklist. Any deviations or additional requests must be agreed upon in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the property condition poses health or safety risks to our team.
3. Booking & Scheduling
All bookings must be confirmed in writing (text, email, or online booking).
We will provide an estimated arrival window. Actual arrival times may vary due to traffic or previous appointments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on home size, service type, and any requested add-ons. All prices are quoted upfront.
If the scope of work changes upon arrival (e.g., additional rooms, heavy clutter, or excessive dirt), we will contact you to confirm the adjusted price before proceeding.
Payment is due immediately after service is completed. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
Recurring clients will be charged automatically using the payment method on file.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with 48+ hours notice: no fee.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice: $50 fee may apply.
We understand emergencies happen. Contact us and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
6. Access to Your Home
You may provide access to your home via key, lockbox, or being present during the clean.
You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and clear access to all areas to be cleaned.
We will text you when we arrive and when we finish. If you are not home, we will lock up and secure your property before leaving.
7. Liability & Insurance
Amiga Clean is fully insured and bonded. We carry general liability insurance to protect your home and belongings.
We are not liable for damage to items that are fragile, improperly secured, or in pre-existing poor condition.
If damage occurs due to our negligence, we will work with you and our insurance provider to resolve the issue fairly.
You must report any damage or issues within 24 hours of the cleaning to be eligible for a claim.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 24 hours and we will send someone back to re-clean the area at no charge.
If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will refund the portion of the service related to the problem.
This guarantee does not apply if the issue is due to factors outside our control (e.g., pet damage after the clean, extreme weather, or user error).
9. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide a safe working environment for our team, including disclosing any hazards (mold, asbestos, aggressive pets, etc.).
You are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items before the clean.
You agree to ensure pets are secured or supervised during the cleaning.
You agree not to harass, threaten, or behave inappropriately toward our team members.
10. Privacy
We collect personal information (name, address, contact details, payment info) to provide our services.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required by law or to process payments.

11. Termination
You may cancel recurring service at any time with no penalty.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with any client for repeated policy violations, abusive behavior, or unsafe conditions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Mateo County, California, or small claims court.
