A Note on Surface Limitations

We're honest about what cleaning can and can't do:

  • Watermarks and rings cannot be removed from countertops. Cabinet odors that have become ingrained may require multiple cleaning sessions. Our team will identify burnt grease, grout stains, and mineral buildup and let you know what additional treatment can address.

  • Hard water marks and calcium buildup on fixtures, shower doors, and tub surfaces may require multiple sessions to significantly reduce. Discoloration or finish deterioration on tubs and shower floors will still appear stained after cleaning — this reflects surface damage, not a missed step. We will flag stained grout and any caulk with underlying mold, and recommend replacement.

  • We do not move furniture over 10 lbs or appliances. We do not pack personal belongings or move valuables or electronic equipment. Homes with excessive clutter or hoarding conditions require a separate quote.

What makes a move-out clean different?

A move-out clean starts from the deep-clean baseline and adds inspection-focused work like window tracks, closet floors, and detailed baseboards. Heavier interior extras such as cabinets, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and interior windows can be selected explicitly in the quote when the property needs them.

Do I need to be present during the clean?

Not at all. Most move-out cleans happen after you've already moved out. Give us a key or lockbox code, and we'll text you when we arrive and when we finish. You can be anywhere.

Should I clean the oven and fridge myself?

Not unless you want to. Those items are now optional move-out add-ons, so you can choose inside oven, refrigerator/freezer, and interior windows in the quote if you want us to handle them. We still recommend uploading walkthrough media so we can confirm final scope before service day.

What if my landlord says you missed something?

Text us within 24 hours with specifics (ideally a photo). We'll send someone back to fix it at no charge. This covers items from our checklist—not new damage or messes that occurred after we left.

Can I get photos for proof?

Yes. With your consent, we take before/after photos of key areas (kitchen, bathrooms, floors). This gives you documentation that the unit was clean on move-out. Just ask when booking.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 1-2 weeks notice for move-outs. Last-minute bookings (2-3 days) are sometimes available, but we can't guarantee availability during peak moving season (end of month).
