We do our best to send the same team for recurring cleans. Consistency matters — it's how your team learns your home and your preferences.

Yes. We carry full liability insurance and bonding. We treat your home with the same care we'd give our own.

Yes, we bring all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, etc.), just let us know and we'll note it in your profile.

For recurring cleans, we recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance. For deep cleans or move-outs, 1-2 weeks notice helps us schedule the right amount of time. Same-week appointments are sometimes available — just ask.

Life happens. We ask for 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. You can reschedule anytime via text or phone, and we'll find a new time that works for you.

Not at all. Most clients give us a key or lockbox code and go about their day. We'll text you when we arrive and when we finish. If you prefer to be home, that's fine too.

It depends on your home size and condition. A standard clean for a 2-bed/2-bath takes about 2-3 hours. Deep cleans and move-outs take longer. We'll give you an estimated time window when you book.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due after the clean is complete. We'll send you an invoice via text or email.
