Move-out cleans are judged against a landlord walkthrough, so the checklist has to cover the items property managers actually inspect. This note lists what our San Jose move-out scope includes by default — inside cabinets, inside fridge, and ceiling fans are bundled. If something is flagged after the walkthrough, our 24-hour touch-up window covers it.
Worth knowing: Property managers rarely fail a walkthrough over visible surfaces — it's the interiors they open: cabinets, drawers, the fridge. That's why those are bundled, not add-ons.
